Mic quality is fine, however you do need to talk more in your videos. While you are playing, try discussing relevant topics or just say what you are thinking out loud. With Minecraft minigames, you should do your intro and then cut straight to the beginning of the game (unless you fill that time with good commentary,but usually it's better just to edit it out) and you should also edit out parts where you aren't doing well (sometimes it's just not fun to watch.) Your titles need some work, they aren't descriptive enough. I do think you have the ability to create very good quality videos, so keep it up!
Btw, I watched the video "Mineplex #4/1080p" so, that may have affected my review a bit.
