There is nothing wrong with this. This is just advertising.
There's nothing inherently wrong with it, it's just that not only should money be the least of a Youtuber's reasons for playing on a server, the act of offering money alone for something like this can attract all kinds of trouble. People posing as Youtubers for example, or "Gold Runners" as someone I used to work on games with once said. Gold Runners are the kind of people that will say and do whatever they have to, only until they have the money. Then they run off with it and are never seen again.
I know this to be true because I was fleeced out of $300 one time when I offered money for someone to help me market my Indiegogo campaign and he took off with the money. Never got back to me.

Curse PremiumI have yet to see a Youtuber with more than 1000 subscribers who wouldn't frown upon this sort of thing.
