I'm Venturefarther, a small youtuber looking to build my subscriber base. To that end, I'm looking for a small group of new youtubers who are dedicated to their channels.
Now, let's talk about what we'd be doing, at least in the beginning.
It will be a private server with a 'Customized' world type. The server will be whitelisted, and hosted by MCProHosting. I will pay for it in full. On to the map! As I said, it will be customized, and any of you who choose to join can suggest a preset. I will, however, have the deciding vote on which preset, and who joins. I'm hoping this will keep the game fresh for those of you who are slightly bored the basic 'survival' aspect.
Next, let's talk about the community!
I am hoping this will be a fun, close-knit community, somewhat in the vein of the Attack of the B-Team series involving Bdoubleo100, Chimneyswift, etc. (I know, its bad form to mention other series in a post like this but its the best comparison I've got) I heartily encourage co-labs amongst us all, and when we spawn in the world we will begin the series in a group Skype call. I also hope that we will continue to record together and co-lab once the series has ended, or even outside of it during its run. Also, put the word elephant in your application so I know you've read all this.
Next, let's talk about you!
I want dedicated [new] youtubers, so while there is no limit on number of subscribers or length of time you have had your channel, I simply ask that you be professional and, of course, dedicated. As for age, I suggest 13-15, but this is not a rule, and merely provides a general rule of thumb. The main thing I'm interested in, however, is maturity. If you are the type of person to grief, raid, scream obscenities frequently, bully other members, or use obnoxious terms like 'n00b' 'hax' etc. To sum it up, all I ask is that you not be the stereotypical 12 year old gamer. I want people who simply enjoy the game and recording, and would like to do it with other people.
Finally, let's talk about me.
Obviously, I am the host, but that does not mean I'll be flying around the map, diamond-bombing you all. In fact, we'll all be surviving together, and I would only use op powers in the event of some doing something mean and/or 12-year-old-gamer-ish.

Certainly not a deal breaker by any means, and you've agreed to all the terms and seem to share preference of floating islands, I'll say its almost certain! Welcome aboard!

Fair enough.
1) Seeing as I wasn't reviewing my own application and actually wrote the thing, I did't see the need to put 'elephant.'
2) The 12-year-old-gamer is a stereotype, and I was using that stereotype as a immediately recognizable one of the type of people I didn't want.
