Hello, I am looking for a handful for Youtubers for a smp/recording group. (the recording group is optional).[/b]
~Age doesn't matter as long as you are not immature about everything. I will be looking for good content or at least potential for good content meaning good, smooth commentary with little background noise to none, a professional looking channel meaning there is a video playing right away when people click on your channel, no place to see what videos you like, favorite, who you subscribe too, etc. and channel art with a picture.
Server Information:[/b]
We have a 3GB server that is ran 24/7 using 1.8. It will be completely vanilla survival (no command blocks, creative, no one will be op'ed, no gamemode 4).
Rules (both apply to the smp and group):[/b]
1. Do not hack. You are not 'cool' and no one likes hackers. They ruin the fun.
2. Be active, I can not stress this enough. If you are going to join at least put effort into it. We don't want someone who will only talk once or twice in the group chat and only call with us once a week. We aren't asking to put all your time into this smp or group but we do ask you stay active.
3. Do not disrespect other members, no one wants to be apart of a community that is disrespectful towards each other. Playful and friendly teasing is okay but do not take it as far as racism, or sexism.

What can you bring to the community?: Funny commentary as well as skills in modded and vanila minecraft while I may not be the best redstone creator, or builder it the eccentric ideas I get that helps the group!
Skills beside video making (editing, gfx, etc): Photoshop, all Adobe stuff, computer stuff, etc. I'm also a good ingame builder. I built the spawn for craftmaticmc.com and helped with the more well known Mc-Central. Also, good with computer stuff, as I will major in computer science in 5 years. Can help with server issues and connections.
What can you bring to the community?: I can bring a very technically geared player who is like Waglington in Mianite. Knowledgeable in everything, and can help everyone. I'm also on almost every day, so a consistent player. Also, I'm pretty mature, so if anyone goofs off, I can put them back into line.

Could I have a reason for declination? Or are you just a nitpick?
You were declined for many reasons actually.
1. You do not have channel art and you are copying someone else's picture. We specifically said we are looking for professional looking channels with both of those things and they have to be original. You also happen to have, when we click on your channel, it shows your liked videos. Like we said, we want people with professional looking channels.
2. All of your videos are hackers, we are looking for someone who has legit Minecraft gameplay and commentary.
3. and last reason is in your application you state: "Also, I'm pretty mature, so if anyone goofs off, I can put them back into line." We didn't really like the sound of that. And also the fact you called me a nitpick.
