I'm honestly confused as to what you're asking, you want people to make videos for your channel for free, and if it somehow gets popular then they get a week off from uploading to your channel? That's like asking someone to work at a deli for free every day and if they do a good job then they get a day off.
And if YouTube is fun, why not just upload your own videos, and have them upload their own? Makes a lot more sense than all of you uploading it to one channel.
