If you create Minecraft LP's on youtube, you are certainly not alone. Gaming is a very hard market to be in right now on youtube. If you want some more views and subscribers, here are some suggestions.
1. Try to do co-lab videos with other youtubers to get more views on your own channel.
2. Try to post a lot of content on your channel. If you have only a few videos, you won't have many viewers for long.
3. You do not necessarily HAVE to have good equipment for your videos, but the better gear you have, the more interesting your videos become.
4. Try to keep and interesting commentary. If you are very confident and you try very hard to be interesting, there are certainly people who will like your videos.
5. You CANNOT give up. If you truly are passionate about doing LP's on youtube, just keep trying. You'll learn and grow throughout the long run.
I am a minecraft LP'er. I do minecraft about every other day. I've been on youtube for two years, having made over 150 videos and I only have 13 subscribers. I get it. It's tough. There are times when you feel that you will never get there, but like I said in suggestion #5, just keep going. Eventually, there will be light on the horizon.
