I play on the second highest render distance and i have a really good computer. 8Gb of ram, Nvidia Gforce 980 and an intel i5 processor.
I have past experience with youtube videos, i still upload and i have the capability to record off of my xbox one at good quality as well.
I can usually dedicate around 6-7 hours a day.
