I have to be off to work right now, so I'll have to give a better response once i get back but from what i just looked at:

you could def improve your channel banner.

your thumbnails look really good for a new channel.

Great channel only problem is black boarders on videos!

I have them but my computer is very slow with SOny vegas I just keep it as an alternative and for my computer Movie Maker is the best (I know how N00BY I sound lol and I'm starting to use fraps now since it works really good on my computer.
