Hello people of the internet, my name is Fuzedog. I started a gaming channel for Minecraft and other games about 2 months ago. Now that I have gotten 20 subs, I have realized that I need to update many of the aspects of my channel! I know many things are not up to standard with my channel (including my total lack of thumbnails because I just got the money to buy more software), and I want to get some input from the large part of the Minecraft community that is random people who aren't subscribed to me. Some of my viewers act like my channel is perfect already, but I know that it isn't, and no matter what changes I make I am always trying to make things better! Anyway, please leave comments on:
1. Things I need to do about the way my channel/videos LOOK
2. Things I can do to make my descriptions/about section better
3. Things I can do to make my commentaries more entertaining
Anyway, please reply and leave any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism about my channel and videos. Thanks for helping!
I am saving that in case I do more series of Minecraft. If people want me to, I will do a SMP series and a Modded Series at some point in the future. I am no doing them yet because my channel is not Minecraft only, it is gaming in general.

You have more subs then me, so you don't have to take my opinion to heart at all. xD I'm thinking your channel looks okay; needs a banner. (so does mine though!lol) Thumbnails would help grab a few extra views. Have one of your videos autoplay on your channel (seems to grab a couple extra views). I do like the fact that its not just minecraft videos. Sound quality and video quality looked great for the few i looked at.
As for thumbnails you can use paint.net. There are tutorials all over youtube on how to make them. and you can add plugins for added effects to make them even nicer to catch peoples eyes! :3

Thanks for the advice! Most of this is what I have been wanting to do, but haven't been able to yet.
Now I'm no youtuber myself nor do I have much experience critiquing other peoples' works but I thought I'd give it a shot.
1. For your videos and channel I'd suggest a banner and maybe a short intro/outro setup. It doesn't have to be anything fancy or too long, just something that'd make your videos a little more professional looking. Also try adding some custom thumbnails, even if it's the same image with just the episode number written on it. Little things can make a big difference.
2. Try writing more to one style or viewpoint. While it doesn't look too bad how it is now, keeping your writing in one style does make a huge difference in the way it's perceived. This doesn't really matter much in itself, but it's something worth noting.
3. You ramble on a fair bit. Now while this isn't necessarily bad, it can become annoying if it's a constant thing. I personally don't like watching people just ramble on about multiple things and not really taking much care in what they talk about. Try sticking to a few topics in a video. Try discussing trending topics(generally about the game your playing) or something that happened to you that you feel is important to your viewers. Things like what you're building, new information about an update or something cool that you experienced are generally good things to talk about.
Now as I said earlier, don't take any of my advice too seriously. It's my first time ever giving someone advice so it's probably a little biased.
EDIT: Also try increasing your brightness. It's hard to see what you're doing whilst in the caves and that'll surely annoy most people.

Happy youtubing
Thank you for that, I hadn't realized I rambled a lot, but I should have guessed that I did. I'll use this advice as best as I can!

I forgot to mention the number one more thing, though.
Do something different.
Now in saying that, it doesn't have to be anything spectacular. If you look at your favourite YouTubers, you're more than likely to see something different between their style of videos. Something that sets them apart from their fellow YouTubers. Look at Dataless, Etho and Sethbling. Dataless builds big, Etho likes his regular survival and Sethbling builds outstanding contraptions. They all play Minecraft, but they all play it differently. That's what keeps people interested. Something new. If you can find something you enjoy doing and you think people will too then all you need do is try it!
2)Organize your channel if you dont know how I will pm you my skype
3)Try getting shaders, a texture pack, or both
4)record with other people
5)MINIGAMES
6)gmod
7)custom gamemodes
8)call of duty world at war custom z's (its a great way to just talk to your viewers even if your not good)
9)skyblock (another great way to talk to your viewers)
10) when recording with others, try to use teamspeak, it is a lot less laggy than skype
Well I hope I helped (ps: if you check out my channel I still only have videos from my old comp so now I get 30 fps on my vids with shaders and a texture pack so maybe we can record together)

1) Working on it, just got software for this
2) How is it not organized?
3) I don't know why this is neccesary. Some people with millions of subs don't. And the main reason I don't is because i am doing a vanilla series for now.
4) Also working on this.
5) I did one minigame, will do more soon.
6) Have the game, trying to record some
7) Isn't this the same as minigames?
8) What even is this?
9) I might do this, but I'll get to a reason for many of these at the end.
10) Uh ok i guess?
The main reason I haven't done #3,5,7 and 9 is that my channel is NOT Minecraft only. I DO want Minecraft to be a big part of it, so I am making sure that I don't make my viewers bored of Minecraft before my channel is around for a year.
I have not done the others yet for simpler reasons, like being able to get more software/equipment yet.

"call of duty world at war custom z"
Is the World at War CoD Game, Custom Zombies. I'd vote to not do CoD. Minecraft is already overdone itself, don't need to add CoD to the mix. That just my opinion. And shaders & mods don't always bring people in. Shaders seem to make even decent computers record laggy. (thats just off what ive seen)

ok i thought so about the CoD but the way it was worded just confused me. I might do some CoD multiplayer at some point down the line, but I've never really been into that in the first place, and I don't just want to copy what other people are doing.
The only reason I suggest custom zombies is like I said, Its a good way to bring up important matters on your channel, And I say to use shaders and a texture pack BECAUSE huge people on youtube dont use them, viewers want stuff to be different on all the channels they go to so something as simple as a texture pack would make your channel more appealing visually instead of the normal vanilla graphics
