So, as a small channel myself, I know it's hard to grow. It just doesn't seem like people want to explore and check out any channels other than the ones that are large and established.
What I'm thinking that we, as small channels ourselves, should do is help each other. You might be thinking, "Well, that's pretty obvious, but how will we do it?". I've been putting some thought into this question myself. Here's what I've come up with:
We split up into "teams". This can be done with some minigames out there. We get enough people to fill up a minigame and split up into groups. The reason for this is because, if everyone were to be in a skype call, then there would be constant talking and it'd be hard to make out everyone. Everyone would still link each other in the description, regardless of whether or not the person is in your group. The group will be determined pre-recording via random name picking.
When are you going to be accepting people and how many people are you going to be accepting?
Right now, I'm waiting to see if at least 10 people in total (including myself) will be available. I'm looking to make this group a pretty decent size.
