We are recruiting Youtubers to join this brand new crew!
Let me explain:
We are a CREW, not a smp and we record as a GROUP! We are NOT starting a smp or lets plays.
This is a crew where we record fun stuff that can be done over and over such as minigames, adventure maps, challenges, hunger games, etc.
We are looking to have fun and joke around while doing what we enjoy - Youtube and Minecraft.
Who are we looking for?:
I do have requirments for people joining so lets just list them and explain them.
1. SUB COUNT DOES NOT MATTER - I will not accept anyone but I will not accept Youtubers with a channel that have zero videos. We want experienced Youtubers, they need to have at least five videos with good visual quality and your mic has to be clear. If you can hear your keyboard and mouse it's cool but if it's like thumping into your mic then chances are we won't really consider you.
2. This brings us to the second requirement: You have to be presentable! By this I mean your video titles are clear and your channel looks good visual wise, like in your feed it shouldn't show who you subscribe to, if you like a video, or the annoying things that show on channels by default. We want to build a crew where the members know how to run a good looking channel.
3. Along with being able to present yourself well you have to be mature. We mean we do not want some guy who throws that's what she said jokes or childish remarks. We also want people who are not racist, discriminate, or hate on the others just because they can. We want people who have common sense and use it in a good way. Place jesseseasaltgaming as one fact about you in your application. You can joke all you want but know when you're going too far or if something is offensive to another member. Know your limits.
4. We are looking for people who can be active and dedicated to this group, we won't have a schedule but we do expect you to make recording sessions as often as you can. We do not want people who attend one or two then quit. We will have trial play time if we get a new member and play a minigame such as walls or hunger games and see how well this person works with the others. We will make sure that the group gets along and have frequent check ups on each person to make sure they are enjoying the group and if we need to change anything. Every decision will be made with the group and your guys opinions will be counted.
5. However, we have an age barrier! You have to be at least thirteen and over. Don't lie about your age, it's childish. If you are under the age limit be honest! It does not cut your chances in half to be accepted but it will slow your application look over and most likely will be looked over last.

Basically someone who would describe the mini game and the rules of the mini game, or someone to do like what david and toby do on the minecraft weekly news videos at the start and end of there videos, or if needed, someone to describe the basics of a mini game or a group project.
I would say I could try my hand at doing small minecraft parodies done with greenday songs but I know your videos will be focused mainly on the group event such as a mini game or project.

Why do you want to be apart of this group?: I want to give myself the chance to really get to know a bunch of cool people and also to do awesome YouTube stuff.
Why should we pick you over someone else?: I am committed to the cause, I upload twice a day unless I am away, I want to do YouTube for real.
Your recording style: Not 100% sure, I do commentaries over the top of all my videos but its just as much about awesome gameplay as it is to have some awesome commentating. I also try to keep a PG channel rating on Minecraft videos since many kids watch MC YT.

Why do you want to be apart of this group?: I think it would be a great oppurtunity to get to know a bunch of new people, upload videos, and just have fun.
Why should we pick you over someone else?: I don't want to sit here and tell you that i am a better choice over someone else as I will most likely not be the best candidate, I've noticed a few things in your requirements above that would help my youtube channel get better such as the who i am subscribing to and liked videos not being turned off which i have not done in the past but will sure help me in the future, but back to the question,I think i'm a nice guy that enjoys having fun, making jokes ( mostly puns ) and just really enjoys making people laugh and have fun.
Your recording style: I do mostly everything, whether its recording for an hour then splitting it into multiple parts or making a highly edited video.
