There seems to be some issues with black boxes around videos and aspect ratios, I'm not sure if that's an editing or recording issue but I'd look into that. Also, your mic seems to clip a lot, which isn't fun to listen to, so try to not yell at the microphone and keep a balanced tone of voice. If you fix up the main issues like that and keep making interesting content it's just a matter of time before you start getting discovered. Post your videos on the MC forums and get active in the community to get found easily.

Thanks for the help. I will look into the black box issue.
It's painful to watch you game on such low FPS. Also, I feel like you're shouting in my ears.
Suggestions:
-Hold the mic farther away from your face and stay calm.
-Get rid of background noise and buzzing
-Try upgrading your computer so that it can record the game on a framerate of at least 24.
I feel that many of these issues are fixable with dedication and the right settings for the gameplay. I recorded on a system with Intel HD4000 graphics for a long time and it could easily maintain 30fps and upwards with Optifine while recording and in Minecraft 1.8 that system can easily maintain 60+fps with the VBO's and settings maxed (other than OP render distance in 1.8). Also, disabling clouds adds about +10% system performance. I'm not entirely sure what graphics the OP has, but I know it's integrated...

you may want to try a different recording software.
I would personally recommend xplit Gamecaster. It has a free version that's very nice. It will pick up audio very good from teamspeak or Skype or anything else.
It also automatically will adjust to give you the best setting to record with. Its literally a plug and play recorder.
That would be the best advice I think to give ya. as it works well with any style of computer. It would improve your FPS a lot. and fit upload the videos in a format that will FIT the entire screen. NO guess work
one more thing,...a few of your vids had too much info on screen.. push F3 and get rid of the MC information on screen.
Try going into 3rd person sometime...or flieing around with F1 pushed so that theres no distractions on screen. you'll create better cinematic approaches that way

Fraps and dxtory are the universal standards for game recording, but i will try xsplit. I usually forget to turn f3 off after checking my coordinates, and i cant fly around in f1 because that is creative mode.
When I plan lets plays or live shows on a server, I contact the owner a week prior to tell them i'll be coming and that some people from my community will also be joining, I talk with the owner to be able to temp. have /fly mode while on his server to better record.
Since, it also helps his server out since ill be giving him free advertisement on my website letting everyknow that's where i'll be and such and such time and also on youtube when the vid is uploaded..the least he can do is provide me with /fly command
Then, when flieing around..(not in creative.. just flying...around) I press F1 to get rid of on screen information all together..
Makes the videos look a lot better. Search hooptiecoupe on youtube to see most most recent videos and you'll see what I mean.
those were all recorded with xsplit. free version by the way
thats a first. It sooooo hard being an owner of a server and NOT cheating
you should, atleast plan something that would make the videos more exciteing to watch .
Plan some TNT traps.. then pretent like you didnt know they were there... Everyone and there momma records in FPS with the hands and inv. info on screen.
Do something diffrent, make it cineimatic. go into /fly , press F1 let the players be the star, and you record. that will def. set you apart.

Curse PremiumAwesome! Let me know how it turns out.
I also figured out how to fix the black box. I just have to add a formatting tag.
