I started a Youtube Channel about 3 weeks ago. I post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. My videos get absolutely no views! The quality is 1080p and I use a medium quality mic. Is it really this slow at the start because I am really working my hardest one them!

Getting on an all youtuber server is very tricky but I would really really enjoy that! I don't have the monthly data limit to make my own server either. I was thinking about doing a Sunday series on some sort of map! I will look around Youtube to see what is popular and I will check out Crash Landing!

I'd say you're on the right track as far as quality is concerned, could use a little polish here and there, but that comes with experience.
So, here's the thing. You're asking what you can do thats "special" .. I don't think anyone can tell you that. I can tell by watching your videos that you're trying really hard.. maybe too hard. Settle down and figure out what you're good at and build yourself from there, and people will gradually come in. But it's going to take much longer than 3 weeks.
Maybe! Thanks for the feedback! I realized I didn't have any subscribers because I didn't network at all! I was getting frustrated that I didn't even have one subscriber but how are people going to find me if I don't give them a way to find me!? From now on networking will be a really big deal!
