I am allowed to set criteria, it's as good as a company who works during the day in Australia telling a UK citizen that they can't work for them because you are on the other side of the world.

There are plenty of valid reasons for only wanting people from Australia that have nothing to do with discrimination. Such as being in the same time zone in order to better co-ordinate activities. Less lag in gaming and better ping to everyone connecting to a closer server. Perhaps they want to portray an Australian feel to their videos.
Excuse me, we clearly sorted this out a number of hours ago, why you needed to input your opinion is beyond me. I'm talking about that law, I know what the law is, I study it.
Why are you acting all high and mighty? From what I actually did read above, it didn't really seem sought out. There's no need to as rude as you are because setting a criteria for recording VIDEO GAMES is in NO way related to large businesses and governmental laws. Sure, it may seem unfair and what-not, but really, unless they're actually running a let's play gaming company, it doesn't seem like a big deal.
