Okay, currently my Twitch Channel needs at least 7 moderators. To keep chat under control or to help others with links or provide assistance. You'll be promoted with Moderator rank and this allows you to basically help others get to the right place.
You are able to play with me too while moderating, if you choose. But if your interested in this you need to be active and join when requested.
What can you do to help? I have moderated many streams, I am a part of a white-listed server (that required a written application) and I have a stream of my own. I fully understand the moderating position and I can help other moderators who are new with the job. I also make sure I read stream rules every once and a while to keep my brain updated.
