Its called Minecraft Wizards .
How it works :
In this team each user joins he gonna choose an element from the 4 elements , each element have 2 empty slots for people 2 join it 3 if the guys is really good , they are :
1.Fire (I am already choosed this element) - Empty Slots : 1
2.Earth - Empty Slots : 2
3.Air - Empty Slots : 2
4.Water - Empty Slots : 2
