Alright. I have attempted to stream several times using XSplit or OBS. All the times I try, I get a decent framerate but on the stream it looks like I'm getting 1fps. Could that have to do with my Internet speed? I've looked up several videos on how to optimize both XSplit and OBS to stream better, but nothing I have attempted has helped at all.
Yeah, it's a problem with your Internet. If you can't afford a new plan try tostream in 360p/480p. But if you want a new web plan make sure it has a good upload speed.
I sounds like it would be my Internet but I have friends with 2-3mbps upload and can stream. I have anywhere between 10-15 depending on the day. I don't know. I could try a lower resolution for sure. I'll tell you if it helps at all.

Alright. For some reason I had the stream set to 1366x768p and that was ridiculous. It's working fine now that I changed that. The only problem now is finding good graphics settings for in-game.
