I just tried my Minecraft -> Twitch livestreaming for the first time, and I found that the video that was saved on Twitch is only 360p resolution, while I'm playing at 1920 x 1080 resolution.
Is there any way to increase the resolution of the video that is streamed?

Unfortunately I believe In-Game streaming only supports 360p streaming, this may change in the future but at the moment this is a limitation put on so that the streamers internet and computer won't lag.
However it could be a Twitch setting or some other reason that has not come to me as of yet...
In any case, I would recommend giving in-game streaming a break and using OBS or xSplit to stream, at least until Mojang has worked out the last of the bugs associated with the streaming service...
