Twitch Broadcast Error thats REALLY annoying!

So, I have recently updated to 1.7.4 wanting to try the Twitch Broadcast, And I get this:

its really annoying and i have done all the correct steps to link twitch to minecraft!
plz help

I have been testing this since the snapshot came out and nope... no luck

The first time EVER i tried the twitch thing, on the first snapshot that it was presented, IT WORKED. No real effort.

I'm on windows 7, btw. Not sure if that helps
