I like the idea of a channel which different streamers could stream to when available, eventually resulting in a constant stream with streamers coming and going on a more leisurely schedule than if they were trying to maintain a large amount of hours on their own. Streaming is alot more fun with company, and this seems the best way to keep that company.
We could discuss and change whatever details you'd like. I see it as a new channel with everyone given keys to broadcast and a Skype call that everyone can join whenever they're available. Whoever has the best stream quality would broadcast, and we'd be able to share games, content, moderators and viewers.
