The computer you're using (a Mac?) just doesn't seem to be good enough to be recording. If you can't get 30 frames on Normal render distance while recording in at least 480p, it's unlikely you're going to get any good views. Also, your recording itself could do with some improvement. It shows the top bar of the Minecraft window along with a black border around it.

the problem is i don't wan a buy a gaming computer until i know i can get good views
