What is a good headset with a mic

So I had a pretty good headset that had good a good mic. Unfortuantely I think it's broken now because everytime I record my mic starts to static up

Anyone want to recommend one? I am going to go to bestbuy and pick another one out...

Price range: $ 30-80

I actually bought those today. It doesn not work with my mac. I have to buy some extra parts for it which I don't want to do. I just want a nice usb headset with a good mic :(. Have any ideas.

You can buy a USB attachment to go with your turtle beaches. I know it should work my friend has done it I think the add on is about $10-$20 at most

You can check out the SADES SA-903. It's a USB Surround Sound headset priced around USD 38 - 45 on eBay and Amazon.

I did a review of it here and a mic test . Quality is great for the price!
