So here is a crazy idea. What if we put together a huge team of crazy Dr. Who fans and built our own Dr. Who story in Minecraft and record it for Youtube? I want to start promoting a project like this, but I need two things:
1.) I need a server. My server is currently in use for another project and I cannot add mods to servers...
2.) I would kindly appreciate any ideas, feedback or helpers.
As far as helpers, it would require mainly map makers, building scenes for episodes and such. Also people with British accents might be a good idea... lol. Anyways, just thought i would throw this out and see how much interest we get.
My friend has lots of experience running servers (he's not a Dr Who fan, but he might be able to set up the server and maybe help build) so I can contact him if this gets enough support to get moving.
I'm a big fan of the show and will have a ton of free time in a week's time. If you get enough people to get this moving, let me know and I'd love to be a part of it
