Hi! I'm Anthony, I'm 16 and I am the founder of the WinterCraft YouTube team. We currently have 9 members..But we need more in order to be exciting! Our limit on members is at least 20 people. So we need 5 things:

-Has a strong sense of humor and takes almost everything as a joke [E.G. Inside jokes, Trolling, non-serious insulting, sarcasm etc....]

-Plays almost nothing but Minecraft

[A side note, the other members have been curious to why we don't have any females on the team, they think I'm being sexist so if there's any girls that like minecraft my team members would like it if it wasn't a their quote "A sausage fest" Plus some of our views noticed the same thing. Not a requirement just my members like it if we had variety in people on the team]

I think you are going to use Skype to communicate and record the communication AND game audio with FRAPS or whatever you use. This will drastically lower your video quality
My suggestion, use the free Ventrillo program. It's commercial standard communicating software, and can keep well out of the reaches of FRAPS. Record your audio with Audacity and then send it through along with your footage to the vid editor.
FRAPS records perfectly fine, and can open fast in many programs despite it's size. To get the fastest opening speed, click "Split video at 4 GB" in the FRAPS interface.
When rendering the vid (If you are using After Effects, don't know about Sony Vegas), put the H.264 compression on it, to get the most compressed file you can get with best quality.
