Hi, I'm Mike from GameTorials, we are a new YouTube Channel looking to provide Tutorials, Gameplay, Reviews, and more!
We are recruiting content creators to kick off our channel. We hope you meet most of our requirements
Content creator requirements:
1. Must have a YouTube channel.
2. Must have a good quality microphone.
3. You must be 13 or older.(If you are a bit younger, there may be exceptions. However, you might have to meet most of the requirements shown)
4. Must be able to record around 720p or more on PC (1080p or somewhere around there if you plan on doing Console Gameplay)
5. For people who want to do any gameplay in particular. if you plan on recording any specific game titles. Please check and make sure you are allowed to upload that content. Otherwise, you are in risk of getting a copyright strike. (Note, people with Copyright strikes have a lesser chance of getting chosen)
6. Must have Skype or any other particular way of contact.
Of course, all content creators don't have to follow all of these requirements. We just want content creators that at least have most of them.

Please note, we are not an official YouTube network. We are a YouTube group which is a whole lot different then a YouTube network. A Network is an official business and sends payment and such to their partners. However, a group is someone that doesn't offer payment and is just a group that makes content that is allowed to be uploaded publicly on YouTube. <-- Just a brief example.

For one thing, we see that your minecraft content is a bit laggy. However, we got a sneek preview of your console gameplay of Halo 4. Very good quality. For your Microphone quality, it's decent but good enough for us. As for your channel. It's a bit low of subscribers, not too many people. Even if you have 300. But we'll accept you cause of the quality.
As for everyone else:
Age has changed to 13 years or older.

Very detailed post. However, there are some questions that I'd like to ask, plus I want to explain a few things
1. I went to check out your channel and it said it doesn't exist. Is that really the link or is it a link to a channel that got taken down for whatever reason it was?
2. Are you using the free or full version Bandicam? Cause Bandicam has been said to be a low quality recorder. Fraps or DxTory would be a good choice. Perhaps buying that could increase your chances.
3. Your past channel, how many subscribers did it end at? Just curious just cause we want to see if your content was something they liked.
4. We're usually looking for people who upload constantly. At least that's what we are trying to do.
However, you seem to be someone that is actually not as bad. It's just the fact that your voice or so high. But we'll keep you posted.

YouTube seems to have an issue with that, if it doesn't have a video up it pretends it doesn't exist to everyone except the owner - probably them saving cache. However, here's a link direct from the channel, maybe that'll play ball. https://www.youtube.com/user/TreeFarmProductions1
Full version of Bandicam. Yes, it's lower quality than those two (I'd use DXtory if I could) but the difference for the average consumer is hardly noticeable. Did you know Hatfilms only recently stopped using Bandicam in favour of Fraps, and their content was still very high quality. Soon as I bag a new Hard Drive, I'll no doubt flee to DXTory.
Around 67 or so - we mostly did live streams, to be honest.
Yeah, if he goes on holiday I can probably still upload, but at the ugly 480p. Most of the time though I can manage fine, probably I'll upload once a week, unless you need it more often.

Why do you want to be a content creator for GameTorials?: To be honest I feel like it is a great way to meet people and to help get audience over to my channel also by joining I feel like I will have a responsibility to GameTorials to upload a video once a week or a month, that will depend on what we discuss and decide upon. I know my channel has not had many videos going out recently I plan to start slowly maybe 1 or 2 videos a week just have to find the games that would be fun to record and wartch.
Anything else you'd like to add?: am planning on seriously working on YouTube videos.. As I said earlier that course takes up about 6 hours a week the course is in interactive games I am only doing the programming side during the first semester it was in java, second semester was in C#. I have also messed around with website related languages although not very good at it so I could help with setting up a forum and might be able to do a custom theme(would take some time as I would need to look into it.) I have a 5 slot vent server that you could use not alot of space but great for small collaborations between channels / group videos for GameTorials if i see the need I could look into upgrading it (only if I see everyone is serious and it is being used.)
I also use Audacity to remove background noises to make sure that audio is better The game dev tycoon audio is horribly out of sync considering removing them or resyncing the audio.
