Today I had this thought, I had this thought into creating a group, a group of about 6 or more people who network together on each others channels, to help each other out with promotion and also just the casual feedback and likes/dislikes and stuff like that. When I say feedback, I mean constructive feedback.
The objective of this group is to help the members of this networking group to grow each others channel. Every one wants their channel to grow so I am putting out an idea to help a group of 6-10 channels. I believe that this will help all of us with feedback and likes and even views. You guys might be thinking that views are nothing though what I propose is that you have to view the full length of the people in the networks videos.
I believe that this will help all members of the group.
Requirements:
Skype ( We will all be put into a skype group )
Over 40 subscribers ( This just ensures that there is some audience watching you )
Decent Quality Content ( This is just so all of us look good, you would be surprised in how it helps to have good content )
All you have to do is reply to this thread with your skype name and also your youtube channel link!
Over the age of 14! ( This may come under decent quality )
I am hoping that this proposal brings a great response!

Glad to see someone actually looking at promotion/growth from a logical stance - I wish you guys all the best with this, and offer a little bit of advice: Give each other feedback -and- do some coordinated events together, this will make the mileage of the group that much better - as you'll not only be refining each others content, but also producing additional content.
There's much more in terms of layers to group marketing, but coordination of both 'refinement' and 'content' is definitely a great place to start (other layers involve things such as release timing, visibility, branding, etc. - that can all help improve this as well).
I actually have a similar project that's ongoing, but am willing to share any lessons the group I'm with learns and help you guys refine your strategies as well (though I can't promise to actively participate in the advancement of your group due to time constraints, I can usually spare some minutes to give a hand)
