Quite frankly, I'm a new LP-er myself; but there is one thing I know for sure (as a viewer I mean): You really don't seem to need any help. In fact, I'm impressed you went and asked for it. Your voice is calm, maybe monotone but definitely not over the top. The few minutes I've watched actually got me interested in subscribing; and I'm usually pretty picky with that. Seriously, just stay how you are, and maybe ask your fans their opinion; after all you do it for them don't you ?

Well first you'd have to get new subscribers, I suggest publicity for that; either that or play the waiting game. But seeing how your channel is currently going, in such a short amount of time: I think you'll have no problems getting new subscribers and then, you can ask them.
