The Minecraft movie "Beyond the Walls" is a production about a man living the perfect life. He has a cozy home, in a kind town. But he is soon bored, and is intrigued by a mysterious wall at the edge of town. He stares at it for hours, wondering how to get over. He discovers a cave that lets him through, where he finds an abandoned laboratory full of robots with their own personalities. He comes back every day, slowly being sucked into a trap set up by the robots. He adventures through the lab in attempt to escape his fate.
If you're interested, post your position, age, IGN, and examples of previous work. Only post if you're serious about it. Think about your availability, and whether you'll get bored, ESPECIALLY voice actors. We need the same voice all the way through.
Note: We want people who are 13 and up, simply because we may or may not be posting names in the credits, and we don't know. This may change when I have time to think about it.
These positions won't be open until we have some good progress on the script, but keep it in mind. If you want to wait, that's fine, I'll contact you when I can.
Actors: Actors need to have a good connection to the host (check out play.meepmc.net) and need to, I hate to say this, know how to control their characters movements. Nothing too extreme or too subtle.
Recorders: Yet again, a good connection not only to the host but through the host to the actors (look above for the test IP). Need to have a good computer, sufficient space on their hard drive, and Fraps, Dxtory or XSplit. If you want to use shaders, it probably won't happen unless all recorders' computers can handle it, and your shader pack is extremely stable.
Builders: This is the one where almost anyone can help. You log on, and if you can build a box with windows, you're in. If that sounds too boring, well, try being an Advanced Builder.
Advanced Builder: These are the people who deck it out - the Builders make the basic structure, and you add detail, interior, roofs, windows, and anything else that needs to be done.
Voice Actors: There's not much I can say about this one. Have a good mic, and we'll send you some lines. Send us back a voice demo, and we'll decide who's right for the character.
Script Writer: This is where the real talent is. I need one or two people who can work together efficiently and happily. You need to be able to write realistically, and have two plots intertwine. My previous script writer left for personal reasons, but he and I came up with some great stuff I can show you.
Skin/Texture Artist: I took this one out of the spoiler, because if we come up with an idea for an item or character, it would be nice to have those done by the time of shooting. Basically, the texture artist needs to be, well, a texture artist. They need to do good, detailed work. That's pretty much it.
Positon I would like to get is a recoder. I got a good computer, Im using a full verison fraps software.

Voice: I practice with my voice quite a bit, trying to do different tones and moods. I can try and go for different tones, depending on what the mood calls for.
BTW, how often does the voice actor have to be on? Or does he just get sent the script and is supposed to record the recording in his spare time?
