My name is Nick, and we're currently putting together a group to start our journey in making a YouTube channel. We already have 3 guys, so we are looking for a fun and funny girl to join us!

First of, I don't see the problem in asking if a girl is wiling to join us. And i don't mind if they were male, female, african american ("black" is discriminating), muslim, christian, etc(We wanna show that we aren't discriminating anyone).
Secondly,I just wanna appeal to the girls/women who are interested in joining a youtube channel and playing games (any not just minecraft, but for our let's play it's a must). We guys always look for guys or expect almost no girl/woman to be interested or to post.
Besides whats wrong in typing "Looking for a girl to join group/channel", it's almost the same if we wrote "Looking for a guy"
So flags up if im looking for a girl/woman, but not if i'm looking for a guy? I was taught the equality of sexes, and I most certainly do not see the problem here.
Finally, I already asked to some of my girl friends but none are interested in joining. I believe our channel can benefit from another point of view, That's why I'm posting this thread.
So if I understand correctly, the problem is because I'm searching for a girl/woman to participate in making a channel with 3 guys. Pretty sexist in my opinion.

2 Things, 1: There are honestly a lot of failed Youtube channel that are all like "H3Y GUYZ WE ARE A GEWD GROOP AND WE PLAY MINECRAFT LEIK EVERY1 ELSE SO WATCH US AND SUBZ PLZ" So if you are gonna go about something like this try to a be more unique than other channel's
2: It really doesn't matter if its a Guy/Girl, you were talking about equality of sexes so I don't see what difference either would make, My group is consisted of like 7 guys and 1 girl and we treat each other all the same, just stahp.
