I am not sure about where to post this topic, so I'm posting it here for the time being.
I'm looking for 3-6 people to join me and possible one or two of my friends to play Vechs Race for the Wool. You can learn more about this race and explore other maps here: http://www.minecraft...es/#AnchorRace1. However, I am not planning to put this up on YouTube (which is why I wasn't sure where to put this topic). If you wish to record it and put it on Youtube, by all means, with permission of the other players, feel free to. I can run the server for this, or if you think you may have a better one, we can discuss. It is highly recommended that you have Skype, as the only other option I can think of for team communication is Google Hangout.
We will work out timings, whether we want to play it in one sitting or multiple, whether we want to do the whole thing, etc. once we get our group of people. To apply (you are almost guaranteed admission), either post here or PM me the following information:
- your in game name; you do not have to be a premium member, I can make way for non-premium users
- whether you have played any of the race for the wool maps before (it's 100% okay if you have; just helps determine teams)
- whether you watched anyone play this before, whether it be in real life, on Youtube, or any other way
- your personal ratings on a rate of 0 to 10 for your ability in the following:
* melee combat
* ranged combat
* strategy
* efficiency (both time and resources)
* redstone (0 would be have never used before, 5 would be know basic methods like AND-gates, and 10 would be can create huge redstone structures like multi-level elevators)
* super hostile experience (0 would be never played, 5 would be played at least 1 and know how to deal with them, 10 would be played almost, if not all of them, and expert at surviving)
For example, my personal ratings would be:
melee combat: 7
ranged combat: 9
strategy: 10
efficiency: 9
redstone: 6
super hostile experience: 5
