My name is YinTaiYang, and I'm just wondering if my name is hindering my YouTube success. I do have 253 subscribers, but it took a really long time to get there. Most people who watch my videos say they're good, but I don't see why I'm not really getting many views/subscribers. Just want to ask your opinion, do you think it's because of my name?

... look at Xephos... also "YinPlaysMinecraft" would pigeonhole you... keep it more generic like "YinPlays" - "YinGaming" or such if you do change names...
also your name is easy to remember because of Yin-Yang... the Tai is the only part that might throw people off.
Truth be told, youtube is a fickle mistress... you can have the best name, best marketing, best content, etc. and fail... or you can suck monkey and get famous because of a lucky share/link. One way for views to boost is encouraging people to share your videos... hell... even just posting on forums helps (In december I only had 90-ish subs... posting on forums has gotten me a lot of the rest... and people say the same thing about my content "you should have more subs" - although as it stands, I'm sitting at about 100 views per day)
