Hmm... content needs some work, but you're fine with the vocal audio (though you do want to adjust audio levels in-game, so they're not 'fighting' with your voice). Yes, your voice is mature enough to record videos without people trolling in general (honestly, even when people's voices aren't, it's more about how they talk and what microphone they have... than the actual pitch of their voice...)

However, I can hear every key you press, (and every time you click the mouse) and that's a little bit annoying.
I recommend turning down the sensitivity of your microphone.
