I like the video you have put in the forums. The voice you have, keep it forever, don't change it. Nothing more people hate then someone sounding like a 12-year old boy. Interesting content in the video also, and nice title.
For the Thumbnail. Use the F1 mode and the hit F2 to take a screenshot of a nice building you made in the episode or a picture of your character. Then using an editor (Paint) insert text over the image and Wallah, you have yourself a new thumbnail that changes as the series goes on.
