Alright, for starters, I will not do a Let's Play simply because my computer can't handle recording software. I WAS hosting a RP server, but when it got literally no applications, I ditched in and now I just want to play Vanilla with other people. I was thinking: Ok, so I can play Vanilla with a few friends, but why not help them out? So here's the thing:
- 2GB server, 40 slots, guaranteed no lag.
- I have an IRL job and Christmas + Birthday coming up, server cost issues are a thing of the past.
- Few people, that's it, max is around 8 or 7 people. It's limited, brah.
So you may ask me: "What's the catch?" You got to meet the application requirements, and that's it. I got a nice server to use and I want to help some LPers take off the ground. That's it. Ready for the requirements?
Application Requirements:
Since I own a server, I want to customize things to me. First of all, there needs to be a good sense of grammar. It literally drives me over the edge when someone talks to me and they are not great at the English language. I know, it's bad. I was raised in a Grammar-Nazi community on the internet, and I figure it will stay that way.
I ask thou for a Mic! Please! And Skype. You need them both.
I highly want you to be a LPer, but if you are a lone Minecrafter and your application is good enough, welcome in man.

Why do you want to join?: I've been playing Minecraft for about 2 years now but its always been on my own. None of my friends are really interested in it and I've always wanted to play with other people, also I've always wanted to make a channel and do some recording and post it up. I'm very interested in media and the development of Youtube channels as a alternative to TV and I'd like to look into it more.
What can you bring to the LP server?: I'm very creative and I have many different ideas for different kinds of play throughs we can do and designs themselves within the lets play. I'm also friendly and have a good sense of humour (at least I think I do )

What "kind" of person are you in the social group?: I'm a helper and a bit of a designer. I always like to know what the group is doing next and making sure we reach that goal. I can be a leader at times but I need to be organised and have a clear idea of what I'm doing.

Ever got banned? Yes, on a server where I told the owner too stop being a **** and trapping people in bedrock for no reason...he banned me.
Why I want to join: I need a server to do a LP on, the server I was/am doing my LP has been down for awhile and I need to record. Single player is too boring and I haven't been in a PVP mood lately.
What can I bring to the server?: I am super nice....sometimes..... I am a good builder when I wanna be. =P. I'm pretty active in the chat.
Although I know nothing of redstone =P.
Skype: HunterStuard, although I tend to breathe on the mic so if I do get onto the server and we skype please tell me if I am.
What "kind" of person am I in a social group: Well in skype I'll be pretty quite, but not in chat. (I'll start to talk a lot more once I get to know someone) I am also kind of shy until I get to know someone, but once I get to know you I become very talkative and what not with you.

Looking for a stable, active, vanilla server to do LPs on for minecraft - have been for a while, I will either run it in parallel to my single player world or instead of single player (yet to decide, and considering my hardware problems preventing me from recording until late december when I can afford to replace my rig - I have time to think about it). If it builds into strong youtube community, all the better.
What can you bring to the LP server?:
I'm a "joat" (Jack-of-all-trades, master of none) - I bring everything from building techniques to redstone, and also technical knowledge on how to help people improve the quality of their recordings and releases (I say as I still don't have a logo for most of my series, mostly due to time constraints - content over contraptions imo)

I use a Blue Snowball w/ Headphones, podcast quality (ie - basically the quality you hear in my videos)
What "kind" of person are you in the social group?:
Look up KurtjMac - I'm kind of like him - rather introverted, and in groups I'm rather quiet unless there's something I really need to say (solo LP'ing is a bit different - I can yammer on for hours there), except instead of interests in space and science, I'm more into the arts (music/writing/visual), psychology, and philosophy (though I do still have my 'sciency side lol).
