As in separate from the video program? I don't think it will make much a difference what program you use. It depends on the mic you have.

apart from using a good mic, use audacity so you can single out your voice just in case you need to lower ingame sounds and make your voice louder.

Go to your profile > edit profile > signature >
Next look for special bbc code and scroll all the way down for youtubesubscribe.
