I must say this is quite hilarious, just because a channel has 30.000 subscribers and 5 million views everyone applicated because they either want to become famous or because they want their YouTube channel link to be posted to get more advertisement and usually not because they actually want to play for fun.
However I just find this hilarious when I think about, but good luck with this.

I don't quite understand you. I like to play games and record, and I also like to interact with viewers. I don't believe that being a part of this channel will make me "famous" or make me rich, I just want to be able to entertain more people and hopefully expand my own personal reach on Youtube. What's wrong with trying to make myself better? How is trying to work with other people in order to make oneself better a bad thing? People who watch me do so because they want to. If I wasn't entertaining or informational to people then those people could go and watch someone else. It's a logical fallacy to believe that people who want to grow their channel, don't have fun recording or playing games. Does that sentence even make sense to you? Since when is playing games not fun? I know there's this internet bandwagon going around that if someone wants to be on Mindcrack or part of the Yogscast then they aren't doing Youtube for the right reasons, and that may partly be true, but if I have goals to grow my channel and be the best I can be then who is to say aiming for these things or being part of something like AmazingFlamingGaming is wrong? That's right, no one. It's an opportunity, and what I've learned, is that you have to take every opportunity you can in order to succeed, you can't just lay down and hope someone helps you, you have to help yourself and make things happen. I hope I have enlightened you a little and Good Luck.

Honestly that's not what I intended to say about this, what I ment was that most of the new YouTubers usually wants to get known worldwide like some of the most famous ones like "PewDiePie, Yogscast, Markiplier, Yamimash" and so on, but also alot of the newcomers usually don't want to work on their videos, they just sound boring and expect that the viewers will "Like, Comment, Subscriber, Share, Favourite" and so on, but I didn't specificly mean you and I never intended to offend anyone, but I'm just trying to point that you shouldn't just join as a director on a channel just because you want your YouTube links printed all over the Internet so you may succed to get fame out of it.
I just wanted to say that you need to work on your content for people to like it and don't expect to get famous in 1, 2, 3 because that's not how YouTube or fame works, it's all about dedication and it's also about having fun while you play with others or play alone with your audience because they want good content from you and they also either want some laughter or some jolly ol' gamer not some sad, boring and not "pleased" recorder.
I understand your comments, but you may got me wrong there.

Incredibly rude of you to come into my topic like that. I've done this twice before and both times have been a success.
It goes just as any entertainment business would be, people try out (just as a singer would on American Idol, or someone auditioning for a movie would) in hopes of being seen and eventually becoming famous. I think it's obvious here, considering that I've stated multiple times, that I am looking for quality content, not boring YouTubers as you mention. I will be picking the right people, by you saying this is simply a slap in the face to all my applicants. People who don't have fun and enjoy what they're recording are of no interest to me. There's no reason for you to put people down or off about this. This is something a lot of these people, some of them very good at what they do, enjoy doing but haven't had any big chances to be seen, now that they've finally got somewhat of a chance, why put that against them? Not only will they be bettering themselves as a YouTuber, they will be helping my channel and by doing so, helping themselves and their own channel, there can't be anything wrong with that.
Don't ever make fun of someone or put someone down because of their aspirations, I doubt anyone does that to you and if someone does, I am deeply sorry for you.
By the way some mistakes in your post: Applicated - The word you want to be using is applied. Ment - The correct spelling is meant. Specificly - Correct spelling is specifically.
However I
Some of your punctuation was good until I saw this, in this case you would use a comma after however.
Correct form:
However, I
Another one, use a comma after starting a sentence with honestly:
Honestly I
Too bothered to make any more corrections.
The point I am trying to make is always to use proper grammar and spelling when trying to make a point or no one will take you seriously.
Also, I'm not arguing in saying there isn't SOME people who do it for the wrong reasons.
Though, it is simply redundant and ignorant to apply the statement to everyone posting in this topic.

I know you weren't taking to me specifically, I was defending everyone who has applied here. You just came onto this thread to try to harass us. You can't say "Oh I actually meant..." because your intent was clear in the first post. I don't have you wrong at all.
I would also like to correct your first statement statement because I think it's the root of your ignorance. New youtubers are exactly the same as old youtubers. There are youtubers , no matter how long they've been on the site, that want or wanted to be famous. There are no more of these people today that there have been in the past. It's the same thing as saying kids today have it so easy. They're are ignorant statements made from a biased point of view. Instead of spending your time harassing people, why don't you go do something productive?

I'm not trying to harass anyone, I'm not trying to make fun of anyone. The only reason I replied to this topic was because I thought it is funny sometimes when people that try to get famous usually don't do what they for fun. I didn't try to put anyone down because their either new, different or whatever they do.
And for a second thing, being a grammar nazi won't help you anywhere by doing that you are currently provoking me because do you expect that everyone in the worldwide world got a perfect grammar? No they don't because not everyone is born in the US or in the UK and in matter of fact I have to learn 3 languages at this point and does it surprise you that having difficulties with one or another of the languages can occur due to the fact that you need to practise all the different ways they use grammar in the different countries.
"However, I or However I" I don't really mind that you're trying to help out with my grammar, but since my mother tongue/first language is Norwegian and aswell as I have to learn both English and Norwegian plus the fact that I study Chinese I don't think you shouldn't even try to provoke me since by doing that you're just making the situation worse and because it actually provokes me it has consequences for how I react to this.
Do you really know why I posted this?
The reason I posted this were to point out that some people (I didn't mean anyone that applies or that did apply to this) won't dedicate or actually even try to make good content, they just want everyone around them to like them even though they don't do anything to achieve their fame.
You just judged the book by it's cover, you never judge a book by it's cover...

I judged the book by its first page and decided it was trying to talk down to us. Your intentions, whatever they may be, do not fit what this thread is for. So you can either apply, or leave us because it's none of your business nor does it affect you.
You just judged the book by it's cover, you never judge a book by it's cover...
That.
LOL.
That is exactly what you did in your first post, assuming the people here weren't dedicated or were in it for the wrong reasons.
Who said I was being a grammar nazi? Just helping with your English.
Maybe you should learn to become fluent with one language at a time.
But that's enough, argument is over, thank you all for the applications, keep them coming!

If you didn't know... A grammar nazi is a person who corrects someone's English which you just did and basicly did you even read what I wrote? No because if you did you would see that I didn't do this to push anyone that applied or in the future applies here.
"I didn't try to put anyone down because their either new, different or whatever they do."
Ironicly I didn't judge anyone in this topic by any cover because none of my replies were about ANY of the people that will or that did post an application to become a director.
Oh, I'm sorry, but I thought I had free speach... Oh yes I do have free speech. What you just told me is pointless and doesn't even add up to the subject.
"So you can either apply, or leave us because it's none of your business nor does it affect you." My intentions here were to point out that most people don't do everything with dedication or that they don't do anything just for fun.
But, I'm done wasting my time on some random "know it all"...

You just judged the book by it's cover, you never judge a book by it's cover...
I judged the book by its first page and decided it was trying to talk down to us. Your intentions, whatever they may be, do not fit what this thread is for. So you can either apply, or leave us because it's none of your business nor does it affect you.
That.
"So you can either apply, or leave us because it's none of your business nor does it affect you."
My intentions here were to point out that most people don't do everything with dedication or that they don't do anything just for fun.
But, I'm done wasting my time on some random "know it all"...
Didn't read, like I said argument is over, go away now.
Keep the applications coming!
