Hi all. I'm new to the Minecraft PC world and also new to pc gaming in general. I've played MC on the 360, but for someone that been a console player all of their life (I'm 39), making the transition to keyboard and mouse could be quite the challenge. I started a YT channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/JTDrago73?feature=mhee) where I put my PC gaming skills to the test and to be honest with you, I suck...
So I was thinking that it would be cool if I could find someone to join me in my world and show me the ropes. I guess it would be fun if another newbie joined me (what a show that would be!).
I would like to record it for my YT channel so that I can show my progression. If you would like to commentate too, please have Skype and a good mic.
If you would like to join me, let me know. Thank you for your time.
Hey JT being a mentor type figure sounds fun. Just to let you know I'll be 17 in a month or so so you don't have to worry about an obnoxious little boy's voice on your channel. As long as you have a multiplayer server we can play on it should work out fine. I thought I'd mention that since you might not have known considering you've been playing on Xbox and they don't use servers like the PC does. I feel as if my microphone is pretty decent but I'll let you be the judge of that. Pm me for my skype name if you are interested and we can do a test.
Ps. I watched your videos and it seems like your a pretty chill guy
Oh yeah almost forgot to mention: I'm pretty good at minecraft as long as it doesn't involve parkour, but since you are doing a survival series I don't think that should be a problem. Plus, it could be another challenge we tackle together at a later point for your youtube. But in all seriousness I pretty much remember all the crafting recipes and Minecraft trivia I've ever really needed to know.
