What you've got looks pretty good as an irregular shell castle (or one shell of the 'concentric' form).
The following presumes you're going for a real world European look:
fantasy or non-European will be [possibly much] different
Next steps: [Use some or all depending on the 'vibe' at which you are aiming.]
I'd remove (or enclose with lower walls) all the land next to the current walls; as is this just gives an attacker a free foothold.
The main gate (on VR [viewer's right]), looks to me like it would benefit from a bridge or causeway to the mainland with a gatehouse on the mainland and one or more gates/draw bridges along it.
I'd terraform the hill at the rear [UR] into steep (if not sheer) stone and put the main tower on it, extending the current walls as needed. (The tower in the forground seems to exposed to be defensible.)
You could also extend the walls out and join them to the lower tower creating a protected harbor. (Possibly including a seagate.)
Building inside the walls would also improve the verisimilitude. Some ideas are housing, barns / storage / smithy / stables / animal pens.
The trees between the wheat farm and the shore would also likely go as they obscure the sightlines from the castle.(Maybe leave a few tall trees)
Replacing them could be further farms or peasant/villager housing (likely with a minimal wall or pallisade).
Hope that is of help & will be interested to see what you choose to do with the build…

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
Any opinions about my castle, What should I do?
Idk man its kinda empty put villagers in it
