(Note: Many of the blocks used in this construction are from Tekkit.)
It's strongly based off of the Hospital from the Command & Conquer series, plus a couple nuclear reactors attached. Its main feature is to act as the central building of Invicti, the admin town, and it houses four teleporters on its roof that take players directly to the wilderness in which they can build (so that they don't have to swim for several hundred blocks, as Invicti is a floating island). I was originally going to have the nuclear reactors power the teleporters, but they have been mainly for show ever since I found that HV Solar Panels were far more effective in actually powering the teleporter blocks.
Anyways, the exterior is pretty much finished (except for the park around the hospital, obviously), mostly thanks to my co-admin/builder bobligal; what we're having difficulty with is the interior. I simply don't know what to put inside a hospital.
So far, we have:
A reception area
An office for the head nurse and the nuclear technician, and a room for patient records
A set of rooms for the mentally ill
A set of rooms for the regularly ill
A spiral staircase
A semi-finished executive room
... And that all fills up about a third of our space.
I'm not a very creative person. Do any of you nice people have ideas as to what could go inside?

Oh I know! At each end of a hall dig a block on the wall and put a chest in there. In the chest could be a Golden Apple for healing or some other foods to heal yourself. Hope it helps!
What about a few radiology rooms (x-ray rooms) or a cafeteria? Also, would adding a laboratory for the nuclear physicists be appropriate? (You could potentially model it after the CDC lab from the Walking Dead)
Hmm, the radiology/x-ray stuff sounds cool, although I'm not sure how I would make that ingame... .
I put some recreational rooms in one floor, a jogging ring and a swimming pool. The jogging ring has some nice mushrooms with it, and also doubles as the biological testing field, where we are currently experimenting on the interactions between mushrooms and roses/indigo plants. Seemed appropriate for a hospital.
On the top floor I've made two locked rooms, one for weapons testing (has a live tesla coil inside! ) and the other for... eh, I haven't decided yet. Maybe an area for genetic experimentation on political prisoners that were too radical for the regular secret police headquarters (which I just remembered, I still need to build).
I'm thinking the meal room will be somewhere on the first floor, whereas the laboratory might go well with the secure testing chambers on the top floor.
And don't worry, they're all Mark I reactors. The only way they could blow up is if someone intentionally sabotaged the reactors, and even if someone managed to get in there and do that, the explosion wouldn't even take place thanks to our high-tech worldguard field.

Surgery rooms?
EDIT: Er... what would a dining hall or surgery room have in it?

You mean like a major nuclear meltdown? Maybe that's why we don't see many nuclear facilities paired with hospitals.

Seems legit.
