Are you still letting the map be hosted on servers? If so I have a server coming out soon that's World of Warcraft based.I think this map would be just PERFECT for the server. My pet project has been to recreate a full-scale version of World of Warcraft inside Minecraft. The creation of the world is largely automated by custom software which I've been developing over the last few weeks. It's just now reached a point where I can release some quality screenshots!
Below you will see vistas from the first zone I have converted, Kalimdor, that I believe are very faithful to the original World of Warcraft environment. The same process will be used to re-create the entire game, including all continents and dungeons.
The only obstacle I've run into is the default Minecraft height limit. Many zones exceed 128 blocks, so I've needed to use mods to increase the height limit. Once I'm satisfied with the quality of the maps, they will most likely be hosted online. I've received a tentative offer from Cursecraft to host the world, which might be where it ends up.
You can follow along my progress on my thread at MMO-Champion, where I posted some work-in-progress screenshots and explained how I did the conversion. Let me know if you're happy with the results, and I will gladly post more screenshots and video as the project advances =D

I am trying to recreate icecrown citadel, but seeing this, this will be way more epic
ICC is one of the tallest structures in Northrend (the only thing higher is the temple of storms), currently, I have no idea how to fit it into 256 vertical blocks.
So I was wondering once your done if I could take a few dungeons and raids and actually implement mobs from the mod that me and my friend are making. I know it seems like im lazy cause I just wont build em for myself but if you are actually using a 3D model of Wow and turning it into minecraft, then you would get pinpoint accuracy on all the blocks. Anyway, pm me please if I can or just comment again here. Our mod is only if beta stages right now but once we are done we will have a ton of things.

Looks amazing! The larger scale makes for so much more detail, like the blatantly obvious totem pole in the latter screenshots. O-o Though I suppose that it would look slightly awkward with such a large scale in the actual game.

It was a 40% increase. It's actually a bit closer to 1:1 scale now than in the previous version. The reason I was using a smaller scale before was because of the view distance and height limit restrictions, but the larger scale is really needed to make interiors passable.
