I rather use a whitelist application where people can say what they wanna be like for example alliance Human and ill put him in that usergroup and he appears near his/her City.
Then comes 1.4 which will allow this map to do more Epic items , Uncommon items , Rare items with their own lore and such which gives players a goal as I want that weapon when everyone gets gear you still need a plugin that enables you to keep items on death.
I believe you can set permissions in Multiverse to control who is allowed to use the /mvtp command. By default I think only ops can use it.
It would be great if you could release a normal download, and not a torrent. Many people don't like to use torrents for obvious security reasons and I'm sure more people would love to check this thing out!

Someone on the reddit thread mentioned they would mirror it as http, but I don't have the bandwidth myself to do it.
If I had to guess, I'd say it didn't properly load the config.yml and world.yml file that were included in the plugins rar. Make sure that the /Multiverse-Core sub-folder that is in the rar is properly placed in the plugins/ folder. If you're using a beta version of the plugin, try using the stable release.
In case you can't get it to load, here are the proper spawn coordinates:
Would it be terribly difficult to get a pre-cata version of this? The majority of this is automated right? so you would just have to modify your program to work with the older formats WoW used.
If you want to do more, there's an app for that - let's say you want to take the alpha WoW world from 2003 and upconvert it to cataclysm's map format. There has been work done on a converter to up-convert older map formats up through 3.x and 4.x's format - https://bitbucket.org/Mjollna/gillijimproject/ the main focus of the project was to get Gillijim's Isle back into the game, which it has accomplished already. Now it's more or less a map converter so people that write apps intended for the newer map data can utilize maps that were removed from the game earlier on.

I just extracted the .rar files into the folder in which I am running the Bukkit server, and ran it. Every time, this pops up. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey Rumsey, when I create a world, or launch the .bat file rather, when I spawn I spawn in a flat open land,
however, when I do /mvtp Azeroth, it states it was unsafe, and if you do /mvtp confirm, again it transfer you to a flat world.

Any ideas?

Make sure you have a program like winrar to open rar files.
