Hey, Im absolutely new here, but I wanted to start sharing minecraft with the community. This is the beginnings of a new floating island world. Been working on it today, hope to get it up and running into something useful for you all.

Astraal Island is finished!
Wow, I had lost this thread ages ago, but I did not realize the attention it got... For some reason all my old posts are visible again!!!
UPDATE: The island is twice as big and im going to build my Dnd city on it...one version ill send out clean(with trees & ores), the other version will be the huge island with my full rp world, possibly with adventure??
Actually i did this in MCEdit...im just now putting it up in a server to be worked on...We will make it a downloadable survival map, then a fully built map of awesomeness to show off in youtube
What level of survival would you like to see for the island?? Im planning on handplacing quarries of ores, maybe restrict something to make the map more challenging? what do you think?
