About a month ago I started to look for an Assassins Creed minecraft map. Something I could do some fun platforming in, or play some custom games on my server with. I didn't really find anything. Therefore I decided to do it myself. To my knowledge this map is the most detailed, largest Assassins creed minecraft map to date. Some of you may point out that the buildings arent exact assassins creed replicas, but that wasnt my intent. I've studied the architecture in Assassins Creed: Brotherhood, and also Italian architecture from around the same period. I am working on it on my server, and it is about half done so far. Here are some screenshots:
I am open to suggestions, and If you give me a building, with pics, and I think it will fit, I'll try to add it. Thanks for taking a look at my latest build.
{UPDATE}
I just realized that I'm building this on my server. Anyone who does this type of architecture, just wants to help out with the town, wants to play on the server, or just wants to jump around in my town, post your ign, and I'll send you the server ip.
Hello? Eat my tarts? In this cosmic dance of bursting decadence, withheld permissions twist all our arms collectively. But if sweetness can win- and it can- then I'll still be here tomorrow to high five you yesterday my friend. Peace.
Why did you feel the need to say this so many times? if there is no reason for you to do it, I'd appreciate it if you could remove all but one of them. thanks.
My IGN is Soloman212! Please PM me the IP!!! Is it 1.8?!

Ill send you the IP once I get home later today. Also for the person who sayid they liked the idea but not the style, quite a few buildings are ones I just copied from the game, and used the most similar materials. I don't really have a choice with the style if I want it to seem like ac. But If you think you could make them look more like in ac i'd be glad to have you, as there are a few buildings I don't really like.
I doubt that I could make them more AC, but in that game, there were a lot of small things on the front of buildings to climb, yes? Adding detail to the outside (roof lips, glass pane windows, etc.) should improve the look. :biggrin.gif:
I actually have all of those things in the city multiple times. Of course I cannot make it just like AC as there are no handhold blocks etc, but i do have ledges, I basically only use glass apne windows, and most buildings, exept for onesbased on buildings iwth no roof lip, have roof lips. Sorry I'm being so critical of your comments.

Actually you can use the Freerunner's Mod which allows you to add blocks which are used as handholds and uses hay blocks which negate fall damage and adds small stick looking blocks which can be used as perches. It also uses the Freerun key which enables the player to climb three block high walls. This would make a great addition to the map you're making. The newest feature is the climbing glove which makes things much more fun.
Another amazing addition would be the AssassinCraft Mod which enables a new line of tools that can make an 'Assassin's Creed like game' much more fun. AssassinCraft adds these items, The Hidden Blade (which can be hidden or shown on the person), The Hidden Gun (same functionality) with bullets, Throwing Knives, Throwable Poison, Medicine, A Warhammer, Altair Armour, A Fully Functioning Cannon, A Codex, Smoke Bombs, and Crossbows with Bolts (basically a very rapid fire bow).
Both of these require Modloader, and for the sounds install AudioMod, I'm not sure but I installed ModloaderMP to be on the safe side. All of these work with TooManyItems and WorldEdit, Command Mods, etc.
My IGN is Stonefire582, just PM me the IP and update me on any of the mods you install, I've been searching for a SMP server with Assassin's Creed buildings and themes in it, maybe this will be the one and I might get to build some of it :smile.gif:
Sorry for taking up so much room just thought I'd help you out some :biggrin.gif:
Edit: Also using the LevelUp Mod would be really cool.
LevelUp Mod: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/666507-181-level-up-rpg-skills-more-update-v152/
All of these mods are fairly easy to install and shouldn't have any problems on a Mac or a PC (I've done it on both). It would be a lot better if you could incorporate things such as dungeons and hidden passageways into the game as well, just some suggestions.

EDIT:
The borgia tower's top is a bit awkwardly proportioned: You should make that only one block wider than the rest of the tower, not two.
Thanks, and I should have thought to do that before/facepalm
