These landscape shots would honestly look better if the game had mipmapping and you use a not-simple texture packs. It's kinda weird to contrast a fancy lighting and water effect with five-minute MS-Paint textures.

You couldn't trademark a screenshot even if it was your own graphics. That's what a copyright is for...
