So I was minding my own business playing my regular single player mode just walking about when I decided, "hmm, I need me some pork chop". I then walk not far from my house (in the game not real life cause that would be scary) and SAW THIS!!:
Its like going to a police station telling them how you stole a purse and demonstrating it, while arguing the benefits of it. You'd still go to jail because you're an idiot.

I want to save that light-I can't escape this now-Unless you show me how~
You guys can assume I used commands but I honestly just walked up a hill and a whole bunch of them came out of nowhere... There is no way for me to explain how this happened :laugh.gif:
Is there a log file I can copy and paste into here to prove I didn't input anything?

Sorry, you cant prove what didnt happen. You used SSP. its impossible for the games coding to spawn that many pigs in one area at one time.

Guys, he's using a stone sword, he's clearly cheating.
I actually had this happen with sheep recently, but it was only after I installed Single Player Commands, I didn't spawn them through the command line, I only use it to increase my jump height and walking speed with a macro.
It might be a bug with the mod, or some sort of accidental feature.
Lol you guys really can believe I used mods or whatever but I was just playing regular old minecraft... I installed mods for multiplayer a while ago but never anything for singleplayer... I really don't know much about mods and commands. I recorded video of it but after I already walked into them so its not like I can show you that I didn't input anything... I wish I can make you guys believe me :/
I had this chunk error where many (hundreds) of passive mobs would spawn on a couple of chunks and lag my game to oblivion. I had to use MCedit to remove and recreate the chunks that were infected.

The thing is, I never installed any mod named Single Player Commands. I only installed the texture pack, the inventory editor, and the mod that lets you use fly. All this stuff I did for a private server I used with my brother (which will be public soon actually so I will post that). I guess if no one believes me I will be the only guy to have ever experienced a massive pig spawning :/...

I believe it. I had this area I called the bay of pigs that the first time I explored there, there was probably 75 pigs hanging out in a 16block radius.
However, with that said, I had a huge chunking error that caused that and I had to delete the chunks and then it was normal after that. If it helps, it was on the border of where my old world had stopped before Notch changed the chunk spawning algorithms, which caused funny stuff.
its actually possible for this to happen...not joking either
In the city map i am building i saved, exited minecraft and rebooted my computer for an update. i logged back in and the screen was frozen...then it moved a little and all i saw was a TON OF COWS in my city lol i didnt take any pics cuz i doubted anyone would believe me. it fixed itself when i reloaded, but it was weird as hell. What ones spawned stayed it jsut stopped permaspawning.

Dadding you think I have the same error?
I haven't made any pistons yet in this world...
If it happens several times near the same area, yeah :S
Edit: <oink?)
