It came to my attention this morning that my last Cryogenic Lab didn't have nearly the breathing room or capacity I needed due to me erecting it as a solution to a boom in my pool of allies. Due to this my previous Laboratory has been decommissioned and I have finished construction of my new project across the harbor.
Behold, the second in the line of new age MineScience: Halcyon Cryogenic Laboratory!
It is a much larger structure than before, and supports currently 10 bays (should they be needed).
Due to its sprawling construction, appropriate lighting is now a viable option while while still maintaining the temperature at cryogenic-capable levels.
Also included in this model is my revolutionary ice chilled liquid cooling system between all bays!

EDIT: I have created a schematic of Halcyon Cryogenic Laboratories with no occupants (all Charlottes have been removed from the premises and cryo bay doors defrosted) if anyone would like to use it in their worlds. Halcyoncryogenic-clean.schematic
Great cryostasis facility! Here's mine:
The general outside. Pods on roof.
The corner of the inside, with scientific books.

So I recently downloaded the TooManyItems mod, and generated a new world (with the seed glacier). I decided to have fun blowing a large hole right down to the bottom of the map. Today, I re-opened that world and to my surprise half of the hole had been magically filled in. Any ideas as to why this would happen?
That was a kind of a valley with lots of trees in it, so i burnt them down and turned it into a massive waterfall all going into the 1 spot
Thats a view from the bedroom (2nd bedroom), about 1/3 of the room is overhanging off a cliff, so its a good place to just look at the scenery and those wooden buildings are stables, just after the beta 1.3 patch DrZharks mod isn't compatible for it, so now they r just empty stables =(
(just so you can imagine what it looks like with the mod) i had 6 horses in the stable on the left, and i had 5 white pegasus and 2 black ones ontop of the stables on the right + 8 horses inside the right one
Now the stables spawn pigs... and sheep... (i guess you could say the stables have being converted into slaughter houses?)
My current home, and my first beta world. Engineered in Photoshop.
Just one ceiling left before the roof. By engineering I mean from this:
Floor plans made from screenshots. I could've leveled the sand pit (One block deeper than ground (Grass) level, or just plonked my house in the middle, but instead, decided to use the whole patch of sand for my home. All details are on my blog.
Still not sure about the roof yet as I have a bio-garden in the middle of the ground floor, so the sun will be cut off whatever I decide.
Shared pics from my first week of minecraft a while back.. my first month this time!
The main tower to the right is pretty much my home and access point to everything else. The solid stone structure attached to it houses my incinerator, and beyond that is the tree farm... alot of glass and stone had gone to waste redoing that thing a dozen times. :|
