My roommate and I have been playing in the Glacier seed, all legit.
The work we've done so far in the main area:
My mountain retreat past the floating skyland:
Work in progress on the Fire Pyramid. It only took 9 lava buckets to do this, 5 at the top and 4 to fill in one block gaps that appeared on each side. I built it out of sandstone, it's hollow and I'm planning on putting an inverted version as a water funnel inside:
[edit] The hell, do I have to put my images on some crappy uploader site for them to show or something?

I like the work on your buildings and walkways. I think the lava pyramid looks like a traffic cone or a candy corn. Maybe you could embellish it?
Also, I think it might look cool if you use fencing to place support scaffolding under your bridge. I have a similar structure for mine cart trestles and it looks very cool.
These are some pictures of a cathedral I just finished on my new SSP save. It's my first big building.
Outside view of the entrance (lots of cobblestone, I know =/)
Looking down on the altar from 2nd floor, which is also the base of the two towers.
Lookling at the right inside of the cathedral. The sides are symmetrical.
Standing in the entrance of the cathedral.
Standing on the left side of the cathedral, 2nd floor. Looking towards the base of the towers.
The current altar. I had some problems figuring out how to make an altar, and I'm not very satisfied with this one... Constructive criticism/any ideas how it could be made better is appreciated.
Walls are cobblestone and glass, roof is stone slabs (tiles) and the floor is a mixture of stone and red wool (carpet).
Texture pack is Gerudoku.
so like, ive been experimenting with minecart stacking lately and using SPC to get the stuff to do it with
there are TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN MINECARTS in that stack
AND ITS (@!*ING STABLE ENOUGH TO PREVENT THE CARTS FROM FLYING ALL OVER THE DARNED PLACE TOO
but not all of them contain mobs
heres another pic with F3
and the minecart tracks
something I'd like to do later with my computer, is host a private 2 player server, where I do this with 100 carts at 2 different places, and have both players break a block that releases the minecarts at the exact same time, and have the minecarts collide into eachother while filming it
EDIT: but I prolly wont do that

its because the real thrill of minecraft is the first night. its like dating. nobody likes the relationship 2 years in.
A view from the top of my tower. Tower is about 50 blocks high. No idea how long this bridge is. It leads to a Zombie Spawner I found in the desert. Soon I'll hook it into my minecart system.
Opposite direction from the other bridge, this one leads to a large forest and a lot of cows. A lower bridge leads to a nether portal that suddenly appeared after I'd used the tower's portal a few times.
Interior of the Tower, bottom floor. It has 5 large floors. The track leading up goes all the way up the tower, and also outside and wrapping around the tower. The pumpkin was found in a dungeon chest.
This waterfall goes through all floors of the tower to the top. I'll get a shot of the tower itself some other time.
Please comment and I'm looking for a better minecart booster system.
O_O
Oh my . . .
That is enough to make Chuck Norris **** his pants.

Lava under my house I put there, but the lava pool in the distance was natural.
