The glue is obvious. The x-acto knife is obvious. The wooden tool is a clay working tool, and I use the thin end for creasing the pieces before cutting them out and applying glue to small areas, and the larger flat end for pressing flaps inside pieces. The cd case is just whatever I could grab for a straight edge. I usually have a nice self-healing cutting mat, but it's lost somewhere in the boxes from packing. I also use #110 Card Stock White Xerox paper.
