Looks awesome, can't wait till finished with the movie.
Also; I'm a noob at animating but I downloaded your rig. I opened it up in blender, but all there is is the face and legs. Am I doing something wrong?
i would suggest learning how to make a face rig , shape keys are extremely annoying to animate , it is hard i know but with a bit of hard word it can be done , also try make the rig skin friendly meaning , that i can put different skins on your rig have a look at my post its skin friendly other then that awesome job
Yeah, problem I have here is that I don't have much inspiration left. I started with a complete redo (with better knees and elbows and such), but because of school and playing Minecraft I kinda put it on hold. I think I'll continue with it later on. And of course I'll try to make a face rig. And sorry, but I'm not gonna make it usable for skins. Just because of the fact that the facial expressions don't always fit with the character. Of course I'll try to use one texture for the skin you can swap, although it might go look weird. Thanks for the support anyways (after a quite long time :P)
I though I'd give this topic an update as this project isn't dead. I put it on hold for a few weeks now, but I'm working on it again. What I've been doing is making a whole new Steve rig. I made a very quick wallpaper with it and here it is. Tell me what you think!
Okay, just so you guys know - I started this project a long time ago, had a lot of plans back then. Now at the moment - I'm not sure whether I want to continue this, might come back to it. I haven't touched it for a few months now, if I will continue I'll let you know.

Continue it!! They are very good and I'm sure you could get some major hits on YouTube with them!
P.S. How did you learn how to do this, could please give me a link or some advice?
Thanks!
To be honest. With the response you gave lately I opened those files again after a long time. And I !!!might!!! get back to it and continue. Don't get your hopes up too much, I'll have to see.

I hope you do!! And, how did you learn how to do the animations?
Thanks. I can't wait myself as well xD. Anyways, I've been working on the movie, and as a 'side project' (not really, this scene will be used in the movie) I made a good-looking picture. I'll show you the original render, and an post-processed one (it is automated in Blender). As you can see there is a HUGE difference between them. In my opinion the post-processed has a better feeling to it. Post-processed one
Original one
Hi,
I am an entry level animator. Can u include a download link or a tutorial on how to make the reflective water and 3d grass with the post processing? I don't want to copy the setting or anything I just want it as a reference. Thank you and please reply soon.
This one includes the post-processing within Blender. Tell me what you think!

Actually, it looks really cool. I always love MC movies made with this program thingy that was mentioned!
PS: Can you add a sky?
