Introduction
HI there. Welcome to the original Minecraft badges, where you can universally show people what type of player you are. You can choose to put them anywhere you want. If you want to show off several, you can customize a badge case. Use a program like paint.net, photoshop or GIMP. Paint won't cut it. Don't ask me how, or to do it for you. That just means you didn't read this intro at all. :wink.gif: I had fun making these. I hope you enjoy using them. Please suggest more ideas to me, just make sure it is within reason, I won't make an I hate/I love badge for every mob and every block. These badges I hope, will one day number over 100 if we get the content in game to justify that many. I am also flattered that several people emulated this idea, as well. Many of you use those emulations, and it makes me happy to think I helped inspire them.

Vanilla: You don't need mods! You play the game vanilla, no mods needed.
indev/infdev: You played minecraft in the days before there was even alpha! You knew about this game before it was cool to play minecraft.
farmer:This badge shows that you are the master of vegetation and love to work with plants in minecraft.
Dungeon crawler:Show people how you love to seek out dungeons in minecraft and loot the place, and even use the mob spawner for your own evil needs later.
PIXEL ARTIST:show others that when it comes to minecraft you are a true artist. True art is a 20 stories high pixel mario. XD
Beta:Show people that you bought the game during beta and got it at a discount. Yay for you!
sky builder:Show people that you think it is much more fashionable to build sky cities and that you enjoy it much more than building on top of dirt.
I liek U 2: Show people that you understand the woes of a creeper and love them back despite their volatile hugs.
Wiki editor:Show others that you often go in to edit and update the minecraft official wiki. This way nubcakes like me know who to thank whenever we have no idea what something is. :smile.gif:
Minecart technician:Show others that you are more than just handy when it comes to minecarts and minecart travel.
forums user:Show people that you visit and post of the forums here very often.
Mob muderer:Show others that you devise and implement evil devices the systematically, spawn, kill and loot mobs. Muahahaha! >:biggrin.gif:
Server loyalist:Show people that you are extremely loyal to one server for one reason or another
server owner: Running a server out of the kindness of your heart also hurts your pocketbook and your free time. Show people that you run a server, you deserve to show off a little.
explorer:Show people that you will explore a map from one end to another in search of new interesting landscapes(or just a darn pumpkin)
redstone tech: Show people that you are good at using redstone to create automated devices.
composer:Show people that you are extremely amazing and have made music in minecraft with the power of noteblocks!(I love these and wouldn't mind some video links) creative:Show others that you like just being able to build in creative mode without worrying about getting hugged by a creeper.
PvP:show people that you are a vicious warrior and love to play player versus player servers.
skin user:show people that you peeled off your old skin and put on a new one that is much more expressive of you.

gatherer: shows people that you will dig dig dig all day long.

NO HUGS:show people that you hate creepers and their volatile hugs of death.
redstone master:show people that you make highly complex devices with redstone like computers, calculators and the like.(not for mechanical things like elevators, use the other redstone badge for that type of thing.)
Peaceful: You take no shame, show others that you play peaceful mode.
Nether trekker: show people that you enjoy the nether and the challenges that it provides(and the distance shortening).
texture pack user:shows people that you use a texture pack.
animal lover: show people that you are compassionate to animals in minecraft.
SHUT UP!:show others that you hate zombies, cows, sheep and the like making annoying sounds all the time.(yes that is notch in the badge, no I have no idea what noise he makes.)

feb 10-put all the badges back into the first post with explanations.
feb 6-Sorry it took so long to get it all sorted out. Here is what I have done
1.added more badges to top us at over 50
2.cleaned up all the badges to remove stray pixels(sadly it is impossible to tell I did, but I did.)
3.re-uploaded images to imgur.com which should also reduce the url size.
4.updated the .zip file download.
Not yet done:
1.fixing the "lore badge" sadly I have yet to fix that one, but it works and its one of my favorites so far.
2.updated files for the badge editor(Need to talk with stucuk on how to approach this issue in the future.)
3.add all the images back into the op. I will add the new ones at first and a few more if I feel like it.
jan 31- made a new photobucket account soley for the badges. The urls should also be shorter. However, I would prefer people re-upload their own image. I cannot be responsible for the images being available in this manner. The mediafire download is always the best bet. I also have just finished 3 or 4 badges for the next release.
jan 27-added ellisgeek's mod badge to the first post. I will not add any badges to the zip file or to the badge editor program until I finish the next batch. Sorry.
jan 26-cleaned up the First post a bit to be cleaner and put the download and instructional info right at the top. Added a new intro, and a TL;DR version. I may also add an FAQ, I am surprised by how confused people still are about how to make their own badge case. This may prompt me to yet again redo my videos on how to do it all in a little bit more depth.
jan 21-The surprise is here! Stucuk made us a badge editor program for windows. Please enjoy it. If you have any issues there will be no support from me(since I didn't make it). Its a really great tool. I thank him greatly.
-I will be taking a break for an unknown amount of time(but not more than a week) from uploading new badges. I will still be making them in the hopes that I can upload them in larger batches at far apart intervals for my own please, however I feel I will go back to uploading small batches frequently again.

jan 17- Now with %50 more badges!!!!(10 more) that is the most I have made at once ever!
jan 16- I now have 20 badges! I also made a smaller version of the case that fits 5 badges and made both sizes in 2 new colors: Steel and Charcoal, availible at the mediafire download folder. I also made a .zip file download for easier downloading of materials. The badge cases are now blank and I added the badge case red outlines as their own .png file so you can layer it in and then flatten the image with that layer turned off incase you can't fill up a whole badge case.

Jan 13-Got a badge kit up for people. It will need you to use paint.net to use the badge case properly unles you fill up your entire case.

Just made a huge update with more badge cases and made the mediafire download a .zip file for easier downlaoding. Use 7zip or winrar to open it for all the goodies inside. Macs have a built in zip file opener. Yay! I also added 2 new badges, farmer and PXL ART.

You could have an admin badge, to signify server admins. Perhaps a hammer on the badge? Badges for players who mainly stick to Classic, SMP or SSP, respectively.
How about a griefer badge? Players who grief and are damn proud of it will wear them in their sigs. The badge would feature this picture:
